About Our Lake Home
This is our family’s personal lake home, which we enjoy throughout the year. When it’s not in use by our family, we are happy to share it with guests on a limited basis. Availability is shown on the booking calendar, and reservations are confirmed directly with us to ensure the best experience for our guests.

- Smart lock system with timed guest access

- Please supervise children near the dock and water at all times.
- Use life jackets when swimming or using the kayak/swim mat.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
Guests have full access to the home and amenities. Please note: stairs are required throughout the home.

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Quiet hours are 10:00pm–8:00am.
- Only registered guests on the property.
- Respect our neighbors and the cove—sound carries over water.
- Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations within 14 days of check-in.
